Manufacture

There are many aspects to achieving a successful furniture project.  As discussed elsewhere, there are many factors which are involved, whether it be interpretation of the Architects/Specifiers dream and plans or the expectation of the Client and the demands of the building, old or new.  Not least is the effective and painless installation of the furniture which is logically at the end of the project, prior to occupation by the Client. This may well be on an active construction site still under the requirements of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) which requires particular protection of the product as it is being installed.

The starting point to our project proposals, however, is based on our manufacture which has absolute quality at its' core and manufacturing capacity.  With over 100 years of manufacturing experience behind us and continuing investment, we are able to offer the very best furniture available.

Our investment covers all aspects of our manufacturing from new seating designs to considerable investment in our furniture mill. The veneering process and wood finishing is of particular relevance to achieving the very highest quality and all of this is carried out in-house at our High Wycombe factory.

With over 50,000 square metres of production space on our 11 acre single site and by using the latest technology in manufacturing processes, allied to the skills and craftsmanship of our dedicated workforce, we have established ourselves as a major manufacturer of both seating and storage solutions.

We would encourage all concerned with projects to contact us to visit our factory for a complete tour at an early stage, which might in itself generate ideas which may be injected into the project planning.
